Couples/Marriage Counseling

With a personalized and thorough assessment, I help couples uncover their strengths, needs & relationship dynamics. This information informs and guides the treatment process. Having the help of a therapist can start to make you feel confident and closer to one another. Perhaps you are dealing with infidelity, addiction issues, conflict management, emotional distance, avoiding divorce or interested in premarital counseling, then Couples/Marriage Counseling or Marriage Therapy can be a source of healing.

Couples Intensives

An accelerated & more intensive form of therapy for couples looking to jump start the therapy process. 


The 4-Hour intensives are in-office sessions, just simply longer than a traditional 60 or 90-minute session.


The 2-Day Intensive includes 12 hours of therapy over 2-days at the historic Morehead Inn in Charlotte, NC.  This allows you and your partner to get away from the distractions of life to heal and strengthen your relationship.

Individual Counseling

Finding your own sense of peace and balance can be impactful and can benefit your relationships, too.  If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, then Individual Counseling is a great option.
